two is always better than one

One new attempt. This morning I started gathering all the dry ingredients for two batches of scones when I realized I was missing something very important. Coconut milk! So once I got back from the store I made my scones! Even though I made rich Chocolate Scones and Holiday Cran Orange scones, you can’t even tell I used coconut milk, instead of heavy cream, for instance. The chocolate ones are a test run for me. I am trying to refine my recipe for a yummy, moist and rich scone. But at the same time not too rich. I’ll try to find a happy median.
