Rehearsal Brunch

 Danny & I started off our wedding weekend with a rehearsal brunch. Everyone met at the Hartmann home, drove to the property to have the ceremony rehearsal and then back for brunch! Chef Jason Rivas, a great friend of the family, prepared an amazing spread for friends and family to enjoy!

• thai sweet chili chicken on ciabatta with feta, spinach, saffron mayo and carrots 

• grilled vegetable on focaccia with grilled eggplant, grilled zucc, grilled red bell, raw red onion, grilled yellow squash, roasted garlic, shaved parmesan and balsamic mayo

• beef with caramelized onions, swiss, arugula and horseradish spread 

 Pasta Salad

 Omlette Station with all the fixings! From onion, sausage, bacon, spinach, mushroom, goat cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and pico.
