Roasted Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash (Easy Side Dish #1)

A few years ago at my last employer the Executive Chef told me how to make this great side dish. Roasted Spaghetti Squash! It's easy, delicious and something totally out of the ordinary. An unexpected item that I think isn't used enough.
Recipe:
1 Spaghetti Squash
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Herbs de Provence 


 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the squash in half exposing the flesh, scrap away the seeds, drizzle with olive oil & season with salt, pepper and herbs de provence. Place on baking sheet & roast for 45 minutes. Then take a fork to scrap out the squash. You can eat it like this, straight out of the oven. Or to make it extra yummy, place in a saute pan with butter. Can't go wrong with butter!
