Spring Smoothies

 With such pretty weather outside, it (kinda) makes you want to eat a little healthier. One solution could be a breakfast smoothie! It's easy, quick, delicious and surprisingly filling. Here are two smoothies to try out. One is creamy banana heaven and the other one tastes like a orange-cicle.

Banana Smoothie:
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
Ice (optional), 1 cup

 Place all in a blender. Blend. Enjoy.

 Ice is optional. Blending with ice will make it extra cold, with only a small amount of slush. Or serve the banana smoothie over the rocks, which is the way I prefer.

Orange-Apple Smoothie:
Apple Juice (2 apples, juiced)
Grape Juice (1 cup red grapes, juiced)
1/2 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed is better)
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
Ice, 1 cup

Juice. Blend all ingredients. Enjoy. If you want to make it more slushy, add more ice.
