Cranberry Ambrosia

A classic recipe from my grandma Bev that was probably passed down to her from my great grandma Rose! It's a tradition each Thanksgiving! When I was little it was my favorite part of the meal! Served cold, it's like a pallet cleanser and the perfect end to a rich meal!


Recipe

1/4 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
1 9 oz whipped topping


In one bowl combine all ingredients! Pour into a loaf pan or into a individual tin cup lined cup cake. Freeze until ready to serve with thanksgiving dinner!
