Port Royal

One of my favorite drinks to have, especially during a special occasion is a Kir Royal. Usually champagne or sparkling wine with Creme de Cassis or Chambord! Both great, but I have my own special recipe ... which isn't genius, just delicious.

Recipe

1 bottle Champagne or Sparkling Wine
2 tbsp Port
Blackberries

Place 4 Champagne flutes in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and pour Champagne into each flute. Top with Port, add blackberries and serve immediately.
