Breakfast Pizza

Other than the usual french toast or everything bagel with cream cheese, something different for breakfast is sometimes desired. A breakfast pizza can do just that! Although it's nothing out of the ordinary or incredibly creative, it's just so damn good.

Recipe
pizza dough, pre-made or homemade
bacon,  browned
1 tomato, diced
1 cup fresh spinach
2 jalapenos, chopped
5 or 6 eggs, whole
freshly cracked pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pepperjack cheese, shredded
fresh basil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and start to assemble your pizza. After lightly browning the bacon, drain any excess oil on a paper towel. Place dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet and top with bacon, tomatoes, jalapenos and spinach. Then crack each egg one at a time into a dish (to make sure they are safe to eat without any red spots). Slide each whole egg onto your pizza. Top with fresh cracked pepper, chili flakes and shredded cheeses. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is browned, the cheese is melted, yet the egg yolks are still runny. Finish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
note: scramble your eggs (with milk and pepper) if you fill like it!
