Grandma Norman's Romaine & Feta Salad

While in Oregon Grandma Norman served us a salad that needs no recipe! With simple everyday ingredients that compliment each other it takes no time at all. Danny and I have had this salad on multiple occasions, whether it's a holiday dinner or a quick solution to getting some greens on our plate, it just never gets old.
 
Recipe

1 bunch romaine hearts, torn or chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 cup pine nuts
creamy balsamic dressing


Danny and I made this during Easter weekend and served it with my pistachio crusted shrimp pan fried in coconut oil! It was a light dinner for us, but this is also great for lunch!
