For our 1st Annual Smoking Party we decided to soak a watermelon with rum. We simply cut a hole in the top of a watermelon and inserted a bottle of Bacardi Rum. We read about this technique online and cut additional holes in the watermelon in hopes that the watermelon would soak in the liquor. Unfortunately, it only soaked in about a quarter of the bottle. At this point we decided to cut the watermelon into pieces and pour the rum over the sweet flesh. Turned out great!

Watermelon Fizz
Ice
3 Scoops Watermelon
1 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum
2 oz Sprite
Add watermelon pieces and ice to a glass. Add Bacardi and stir. Top with sprite and enjoy!
