1 12 oz bag whole cranberries
5 oz (or 1 Pomegrante) seeds
1 naval orange, zest & juice
8 whole cloves
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Turn burner on to medium low heat. Stir frequently! Let cook for about 20 minutes or until all the cranberries has popped open, have softened and the mixture has reduced. It will be thick and jammy. Serve warm or cold.
